Pannel Croft Village opened in 2012 and is situated in Newtown, Birmingham. The Village provides spacious homes for affordable rent and shared ownership, and a host of community-based health and leisure facilities.

The Village has an impressive 180 homes and over 200 residents, with approximately a third of residents within the Village receive help with their care. Homes at the Village are available for affordable rent or shared ownership.

Some of the Village facilities include Enriched Opportunities Suite ( for dementia support), Café Bar, Cinema Room, Greenhouse, Indoor Bowling Green, Fitness Gym, Hairdressing and Beauty Salons,
