As part of the Primary Medical Care programme, a new Heath and Well-being Centre has been designed on Clodeshill Road, Saltley, Birmingham.

Spread over 4,000 square metres, The modern three-storey building houses physiotherapy and pain management specialists, orthopaedic triage and a walk-in unit for casualties. It is also a home to a café and welfare centre which will offer information to patients and local residents on immigration, employment and housing. The centre also has environmental benefits by converting and building on contaminated land to community use and using a geothermal heating system to keep the building warm during the winter.
