In the middle of a public footpath, tucked away from the main road this 0.09 acre site has been utilised to give a one and a half story, 3 bedroom dwelling. This comprises of 3 large bedrooms, 2 with their own bathrooms, a kitchen diner, and a gallery area overlooking a double height living space serviced by a spiral staircase.
This project was very challenging due to its location and local opposition to the site being used for any development, but after negotiations and good design initiatives, we were proud to have been granted Planning Approval.
We believe that the final design incorporates some of the best features from the surrounding area, and complements this secluded, tree lined site, with our proposed dwelling constructed in sympathetic materials. Our client on this project was completely satisfied with the level of service, and was very happy with the final product.
